The True Colors of Monochrome

Created about 2 years ago
Laser art installation created in LaserLewDude's closet using lasers, glass, mirrors and H2O. The square pyramid is refracting the white beams - splitting the RGB individual lasers apart. Workflow: 2.5 second video of a laser installation > exported into 73 still frames w/Premiere > import into WebRotate360 used to build interactive HTML from JPEGs Setup Details: 2 - 1W LaserCubes creating white beams criss-crossing behind the centerpiece. 2 glass balls, 1 shotglass filled with distilled H2O and a square pyramid crystal prism sit under 2 12" square 1st surface mirrors in an A-frame configuration. All mirrors are 1st surface mirrors salvaged from rear projection TVs. Not a render.
